Resume Writing ($65)
If you have a well thought out job search action plan, but would like advice on your resume. We can assist you.
Two phone sessions and as many emails you need between the sessions.
Please keep in mind that we do not write the resume for you. We will ask you to pull 8 – 10 job descriptions so we know what you are looking for. We will review your resume and the job descriptions to ensure we are capturing all of the key words the employer is looking for. If you do not have an accomplishment packed resume we will help you achieve that. Once we reviewed your resume, we will then set-up a phone meeting to discuss our critique and suggestions. You will implement the changes and send them back. You can email us as much as you need to make all the changes between sessions. Then, we will meet again for a final review. If you feel you need another session at that time, we can add one on.
Developing an Effective Job Search Action Plan ($375) Exceptional Value!
Complementary Introduction Session – Free 20 minute session so I can determine if this program is right for you and if we are a good match to work as a team. If you are not sure what your next step is than this program is not the right one for you.
Week 1 – Uncovering your Unique Selling Proposition (What makes you different from your peers), Elevator Pitch & Exit Statement
Week 2 – Critique your Unique Selling Proposition and Elevator Pitch & Exit Statements and begin Resume & Cover Letter Development
Week 3 – Complete Resume and begin developing your Marketing Plan. We will also provide tips and tools to conduct Company Research without spending countless hours on the Internet.
Week 4 – Networking, Social Media and the Hidden Job Market – We will cover the following subjects: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Professional Associations, Staffing Agencies and Recruiters and creative techniques to meet individuals in your target market.
Week 5 – Interviewing – We will teach you how to be fully prepared and how to blow away your competition!
Week 6, 7, 8 – Three 20 minute job search productivity sessions. You will create weekly job search goals for yourself and we will meet for 20 minutes for the next three weeks to ensure you are on track. Each week I will ask you to increase your activity.
If you feel you need more of these sessions we do offer them.
Option: You can also purchase individual topics. For example, if you are just interested in interviwing you can purchase one session.
Weekly Job Search Productivity Meetings - Monthly – Four weekly 20 minute session
For the individual that already has an effective job search campaign but needs a little motivation with the job search. We will create weekly job search goals and review your progress each week. The goal is to spend 40 hours per week on your search. The more time and effort you put into it, the better result you will get!
How to Create an Effective Job Search Campaign – E-book ($11.99)
In this useful e-book, the job seeker will find a wealth of information, resources, guidance and encouragement to help secure their next position. I provide many websites to locate job boards, Professional Associations and Recruiters, and how to develop a plan for a successful job hunt is outlined.
